Dear parents and students, July 7, 2019
Welcome back to Reed Spring Intermediate school! My name is Sally Bagg and I’m very excited to start the 2019-20 year, and I hope you are as well. This is going to be a fun and challenging year for everyone. I will be your child's math and science teacher and Ms. Mauldin will be your child's Communication Arts and geography teacher. I have lived in the school district for the past seventeen years. I have two daughters, Madison who will be started her fourth year at College of the Ozarks and Rachel who will be starting her second year at College of the Ozarks.
I worked as a Paraprofessional at the Reeds Spring Middle school for five years and during this time I acquired my Associates Degree from Ozark Technical Institute. I resigned my position in order to finish my teaching degree. I graduated from College of the Ozarks in the Spring of 2014. I have taught for five years. My first three years I taught fifth grade in Branson at Buchanan Intermediate School, but my heart had always wanted to be teaching in the district and community that I live in and for the last two years I have had this wonderful opportunity!
In my classroom, I work hard to promote a tight-knit community. I believe in a safe environment. I will work hard all year long building a classroom that encourages risk-taking, critical thinking, respect, and trust. I truly understand the enormity of my job and I relish in the responsibility and the rewards. My goal is helping your child find success in all areas of their lives. My ultimate goal is having your child take ownership of their behavior and academic learning. I believe that parents, teachers, and students must work as a team to achieve our highest potential. Through our partnership, I believe we can achieve this!
I look forward to meeting you and your child at Open House!
